BOOKING TERMS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

NO SHOUTING (DUE TO GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES)
EVERYONE NOT PLAYING VR MUST STAY SEATED (TABLE SERVICE WILL BE OFFERED FOR FOOD/DRINKS ETC)
NO MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE SHARING 1 PORTAL, AND NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE SHARING 1 RACER
IF ANYONE HAS COVID SYMPTOMS BEFORE THEIR BOOKING, THEY MUST NOT ATTEND AND WILL BE OFFERED TO REBOOK THEIR SESSION WITH NO PENALTY
WE ASK FOR EVERYONE TO ARRIVE 10 MINS EARLY FOR YOUR SESSION, TO ENSURE WE GET THE CHANCE TO DISCUSS HOW THE VR WORKS AND TO START YOU ON TIME, AS WE CANNOT EXTEND YOUR SESSION BEYOND YOUR BOOKING TIME
AS ABOVE, WE ARE WORKING AROUND STRICT TIMES TO AVOID TOO MANY PEOPLE BEING WITH US AT THE SAME TIME. THEREFORE WE CANNOT EXTEND YOUR SESSION, SHOULD YOU ARRIVE LATE
ANY DAMAGES WILL UNFORTUNATELY NEED TO BE PAID FOR

Cancellations/Refunds

Standard Bookings:

We require a 72 hour period of notification to cancel your booking, otherwise the booking cost will not be refunded. The notification must be provided in writing. Over this period, your booking will be refunded minus a small booking fee of £1.50 (if paid by card) that our credit card provider will charge The Realm VR, for the initial payment and the refund.

Party/Event Bookings:

We require a 7 day period of notification to cancel your booking, otherwise the booking cost will not be refunded. The notification must be provided in writing. Over this period, your booking will be refunded minus a small booking fee of £1.50 (if paid by card) that our credit card provider will charge The Realm VR, for the initial payment and the refund.

License to use website

Unless otherwise stated, The Realm VR own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
sell, rent or sub-license material from the website;

You grant to The Realm VR a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to The Realm VR. the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

These terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Realm VR. in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
