ACCESSIBLE

 

Our buidling is fully accessible and our VR can be enjoyed by wheelchair users.

 

 

OPENING DAYS 

 

We work from Wednesdays to Sunday and on certain occasions, can accommodate Mondays and Tuesdays. 

 

PARTY TIME

 

Our VR parties last for 1 hour and 45 minutes without food and 2 hours with food. 

 

OUR VR GAMING PORTALS 

 

 We have 4 x standing VR Portals, which allows you to freely move around in a 2.5m x 2.5m area and can choose from numerous game experiences (both standing and seated) 

 

We have 3 x seated VR Portals which are for seated experiences only, but again we have many to choose from. 

 

We have 3 x VR Racing Simulators (state-of-the-art) Including, haptic response, hydraulic and even wind simulation to make this vr experience feel very real.   

 

PARTY SIZES

 

PARTIES LESS THAN 8 

Although our party deal is set up for as many as 18 kids, if there are less than these numbers, it means more VR time for everyone and allows more games in the party time which proves to be a big hit. With this party deal (depending on age and preferences and numbers) You should expect around 8 to 12 game changes and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes of VR play each

 

PARTIES UP TO 8 

For party sizes up to 8  the 4 x VR standing portals are absolutely fine. With this party deal (depending on age and preferences) You should expect around 4 to 8 game changes and up to 45 minutes of VR play each.  

 

PARTIES UP TO 12 

For party sizes up to 12 the 4 x VR standing portals (only) Can still be used.  With this party deal (depending on age and preferences) You should expect around 4 to 6 game changes and up to 30 minutes of VR play each.  Our recommendation (if having the full 12 attend) Would be to consider adding on the VR seated portals giving much more VR time per person, and would include roller coaster experiences (which as an extra bonus) Which would use the hydraulics and wind simulation to enhance the roller coaster experience.  The cost to add the 3 x Seated VR Portals to your party event is £100. This is an exclusive offer not available on its own, or you will see on our website. This is only offered to parties of sizes we feel could benefit from it. 

 

PARTIES UP TO 18

For party sizes up to 18 the 4 x VR standing portals and the 3 x VR seated portals must be used.  With this party deal (depending on age and preferences) You should expect around 7 to 14 game changes and up to 45 minutes of VR play each. 

 

 

EXTRA TIME? 

 

Our parties will last for 1 hour and 45 minutes. However if you wish additional time? We offer additional time at the rate of £90 per additional hour for the VR standing Portals and £50 per additional hour for the VR seated portals. 

 

 

GAMES/EXPERIENCES 

 

Our games/experiences range from hurling through the skies on a futuristic roller coaster, flying through the sky like superman/woman, fighting an alien race of droids with your friends (in the same game), controlling a robotic mech in battle and even walking off a plank on a skyscraper....75 stories high!. .With over 100 games to choose from, we promise to choose the best games/experiences for your party.  Please note, all games and experiences are age appropriate. 

 

 

PARTY FORMAT

 

The format for your event would be as follows. We talk through with everyone how our VR works. This includes safety instructions etc and answering any of your questions. This works out really well for some of the kids that have never tried VR before. We will already have set up our 4 VR standing portals (and if applicable) The 3 x VR seated portals with games/experiences that you have chosen beforehand. Each of the portals would have a different game/experience for people to try and enjoy. We would then change the games/experiences regularly throughout the party to a new instalment of games to enjoy. Then it's time for the last segment of games which we've kept the best until last, the multiplayer games on (i.e. all headsets are in the same game where the players can see and talk to each other and choose to fight with....or AGAINST each other). Lastly we promise to always pick AMAZING games for you.

 

 

FOOD (if you choose the food option)

 

Around the hour into your party, we will bring the food out for everyone. The food would be laid out in our cafe area (right next to the VR portals). We can also if required cater for vegetarians, just let us know any dietary requirements. Please note, the time allocated for food is 15 minutes and the VR will stop during this time. Once the 15 minutes are up, we will then restart the VR again for the final segment. Although we can't allow food not purchased on the premises to be consumed here, we do allow the exception for a cake.  To cover ourselves we just need you to copy and paste a disclaimer (which we will email you upon booking confirmation) Add your name and date to it and email it back. (we are sorry for this, but this is the only way around this for insurance purposes)

We will provide you with our very own digital and professional The Realm VR party invites for you to email or print out. These will include all relevant information for your guests (party info, address, RSVP phone number etc)

You can't have a VR gaming arcade without some Retro arcade machines. This ranges from 2  x player Pacman to the 80's classic Outrun and some 25'000 more retro games to choose from. 

 

CHOICE OF BACKGROUND MUSIC

We have a full stereo speaker system in place which can play music of your choice throughout the party.

 

USE OF OUR 100 INCH PROJECTOR

You can bring in pictures etc that we can play on projector throughout the party, or we can simply have a movie etc playing for everyone.

 

MUM AND DADS TEA/COFFEE

As a thank you for booking your party with us, enjoy a free coffee or tea on us.

 

 

STAFF

We will be looking after everyone throughout the event with a dedicated host, making sure everything runs smoothly and all guests are having a great time.
